Looking for Comet SWAN, but it was lost in the glare of sunrise. Had another camera shooting north 30 sec exposures. This is a composite of 30 frames.
4,000-8,000th of a second – these are some of the best from 320 frames, all shot off a tripod. Everything is severely cropped-in for detail (see below).

10 second exposure as the moon was rising during a distant thunderstorm.
Kind of striking, how the snow lights up the far canyon wall. Note Orion, the Pleiades, and Canis Major.
